The Dolphin, packed to the rafters with interesting artwork, sculpture, and icons, offers the best Sonoran cuisine in town. The portions are huge, the service excellent and classy, and the seafood is fresh and creatively prepared. The fish veracruzano is succulent and swimming in peppers, onion, and olives. Sipping a salty margarita on their rooftop deck overlooking the bay with fishing boats bobbing in the Sea of Cortez at sunset is magical. The mariachis are talented and not obtrusive.
