“Wonderful Property!”
Reviewed 3 May 2018 for a stay in April 2018

Hyerin was delightful to work with from beginning to end. She gave good detailed directions to the property and lots of suggestions for things to do in town. The location was just on the edge of town where the beach was great. If you drive down, please keep in mind that they are fond of the speed limit so don't speed. Also, the STOP signs are sometimes hard to spot, keep an eye out.
The resort is well manicured, has a nice beach, a workout room, 3 pools (w/kiddie pools), a hot tub, and an onsite restaurant that's very reasonably priced (especially if you get the daily special).
The condo is tastefully decorated in subdued colors and has just about everything you might need, including a washer & dryer (bring your own beach towels).
Overall our stay was wonderful and we would definitely book this unit again. Here my personal pro's and con's:

PROS: Good location on the top floor with view of the water on the balcony. Unit is close to elevator!
Good resort location on a beach that's not covered with rocks.
Quiet neighbors (rather quiet property overall).
Ample supplies, including coffee maker, shampoo, soap...
Tastefully decorated.
Comfortable bed.
Lots of English TV channels, Netflix, etc...
TV in the bedroom.
Eateries within easy distance.
Reasonably priced.
Nice clean beach area with vendors that don't nag at you all the time.
Keyless room entry...no losing your card key or room key!
The morning low tides provided incredible tide pools and opportunities for shell hunting.
Secure, gated property made me feel safe.

I hate to even list the cons, but I wouldn't be giving an honest review if I didn't list the things that bothered me, even if only momentarily.
CONS (these aren't necessarily negative for everyone, just things that I would want to let people know): No curtain on shower so there was always a little "splash-over" on the floor. (it's one of those stall type with the blocked glass on one side)
Patio screen door is difficult to open and close.
Refrigerator is noisy when it's running. It works great, it's just a bit noisy.
The mattress is covered with one of those plastic mattress protectors, which makes a crinkly noise when you roll over. I understand why she does it, I just wanted to point it out in case it's bothersome to others.

That's it! Thank you Hyerin...we'll be back!

“Amazing!!”

My girls and I took a weekend trip down to Rocky Point for some family time and to revisit memories. D505 was absolutely gorgeous! The location of the condo to the beach, pools and bar worked perfectly and the view... absolutely breathtaking!! I would love to book again when my husband and I take a trip down there!

I'd like to suggest placing some rugs and bathroom mats in the condo and possible work with the water pressure.

Overall this was truly a beautiful condo, thank you for stay!

“Wonderful condo and really nice owner!”

The condo is located a little bit out of town (but not too far) so it was quiet and on a beautiful sandy beach. Princesa seems like a great place for families. There are three pools and the kids looked like they were having a blast. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we had everything that we needed in the condo for a great vacation. But, the thing that I was most impressed with the is the owner. Hyerin (the owner) was extremely nice and helpful through the whole process of renting.

Wrecked On The Reef restaurant is five minutes away from the condo and is a great place to have a cocktail and watch the sun go down. Mare Blue restaurant is right by Wrecked On The Reef and has outstanding food. The Point restaurant in town is on pilings out on the water and, if you like butter clams, order the steamed clams appetizer.

One last tip: if you want to bring seafood back with you in a cooler the best place to buy it is in a market located behind the Burger King. I think that it may be called "The Factory" and it is where the locals buy shrimp and fish...

Stayed a week. would like to move in! great time. Condo furnished well with everything needed from coffee maker, washer and drier and Netflix but of course the best feature is the view from the balcony! walked the beach - super nice. Ate at the restaurant, Colin's Cantina a lot - good food, reasonably priced. gym looked nice, vendors very respectful, friendly people. Highly recommend this vacation place to everyone.

We were spoiled by the condoD505 at the Princesa resort. The view is incomparable. We felt as comfortable as in our own home. Our next trip depends on whether or not this unit is available to us once again!
