Six of us ate here (now re-branded as a Red Lounge restaurant) to celebrate my son's birthday. I'm glad we'd booked as it was very busy.

The food was very good indeed and there were some choices on the menu that went well beyond the obvious and predictable. A minor disappointment was that the slow-cooked lamb could perhaps have benefitted from being cooked a little longer. A couple of us had the sea bass with garlic crushed potatoes - excellent. Steaks were cooked correctly and of good quality. Service was also up to the mark.

As there are almost no soft furnishings in the dining area it can get very noisy when full as the chatter just bounces around and that was a bit disturbing. There was an issue when trying to pay with the card machine which couldn't communicate and that incident could have been handled better. Overall though very enjoyable.

Excellent meal and they really looked after us for our Wedding anniversary meal.
The food was amazing and a great choice of "traditional" high quality bistro and Indian fusion dishes. Wine choice is excellent and service was discrete, but really attentive.
On the whole I cannot think of anywhere else to get the value and quality around the area, unless of course it's another of Kaz's restaurants in Drayton or Cowplain, all of which deliver a really great experience. My only negative, is that the bar is also a popular spot for people who aren't diners, and this can mean that there's sometimes some intrusive noise from drinkers at the bar.

We as a group of four , booked a table.
Arrived
Enjoyed drinks in the reception area.
When we were ready we were courteously shown to our table.
Excellent variety of menu, and when I asked for something "off menu", this was accommodated with no hesitation.
We were told food would be 25 minutes - as food is fresh cooked. GREAT !!!
We hade time to chat & enjoy our drinks
Food EXCELLENT
Service EXCELLENT

No band. Disco started at 11.40. Finished at 12.30.
Paid £50 per head. Terrible night. Would not visit again despite the 20 percent bill reduction. At a loss as to where they are aimimg there market?
