We saw Cassa Joya on tripadvisor.com and decided to visit. We were welcomed on arrival by our host, Mary, shown our accommodation and informed about the property. After unpacking we went to the bar for a drink where we were served by Mary, the atmosphere was so welcoming and peaceful. Mary showed an interest in us and where we lived, family etc.
The food in the evening was cooked by the husband of Mary and he is a fully trains Chef, it was fantastic, every bit as good as what has been said in other reviews.
For a two person operation the service was exemplary, we requested dinner for 2000 hours and before eating sat on the terrace having a drink and chatting with other guests, right on time Mary came out and informed us our table was ready. The restraint became increasingly more busy during our meal but the service never faultered.
If you are looking for a night, a long weekend or longer stay, or even just a great meal, where you can relax and feel totally at home, with great company and fantastic food, you really should go to Cassa Joya.
Many Thanks to Mary and fully deserved compliments to the Chef.
