In the past, regardless of when I went and how many items I ordered, they always messed up my order somehow.
I called once regarding an error with my order and was annoyed by the reaction of the employee I spoke with. My bag was missing an item. She claimed to remember personally filling my order at the drive thru and stated that she had put said item in my bag, and argued with me when I said it wasn't there. I guess the customer isn't always right.
The last time two times I was there, things seemed to be improving. They've fixed the screen at the drive thru. Wish they would put the receipt in the bag every time.
