We brought our dog with us for a quick relaxing break. Unfortunitly we ended up in a room that was less than desirable. Beside the restaurant roof top vent and fans. Our room smelt like garlic, we couldn't open our window. Our room was SO hot. It was the worst room on the site. Next time no dog. We were so tired after a needed break. My wife, Dog and I needed to get home to get some sleep. That was the sad part.

Thank you for your review. As you also completed a JD Power survey about your stay, the hotel is aware of your disappointment and a representative has reached out via email to you to discuss further. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with you.

Finally stayed at the Springs for a night. The hotel was as expected, castle like. Booked a room with 2 queen beds (rather than 2 doubles) which was necessary to accommodate our family of 4. I was most surprised by the outdoor pool when I discovered it is heated to almost "hot tub" temperatures! I'm not a swimmer because I hate the cold, but this pool was fantastic. We spent the evening in the pool with a view of the mountains, swimming while snow flakes fell. No need for a visit to the Banff hot Springs if you stay here.
Previously I have attended the spa and there is no spa like it anywhere in Alberta. By far the best spa experience you can have.
Service was good.

Thank you so much for your positive comments about our pool! Our guests do enjoy this outdoor pool year rounds and we adjust the temperatures seasonally. We are planning to do some outdoor maintenance to ensure our facilities stay world class this May, so if you are planning to return please do check with us to ensure the pool is open during that time and to avoid disappointment. Thank you again!

The wedding took place in the lovely Ivor Petrak room. The meal was beautifully cooked and presented and enjoyed by every guest. Our guest rooms were lovely, magnificent views. Spa looked amazing but didn't have time to enjoy it. Hairdressers were very talented. Gym facility good. Reception staff very helpful. Tea making facility in our room was appreciated as other hotels haven't provided them. We English like our tea! We love Canada and the Fairmont hotels. Lake Louise also excellent.

Parking was a nightmare, the sign in the car parking says that if you a guest to pick up your pass in the lobby, however you sill have to pay 25$ dollars and then walk back to place it onto your windshield.. whats the point? should have just paid the 25 bucks in the parkade. The service here is lacking.. so many temporary foreign workers speaking their own language it feels like you have checked into a McDonald’s instead of a luxurious hotel. In order to run HDMI on the televisons you have to move the very large heavy desk and unplug the device they have attached on the back. The only thing memorable about this hotel is the views which you can get without staying there, and the food which was amazing both in the Gold room lounge and the resturants below.
