From the moment we walked in, the welcome was felt. Once in the roo. we felt quite relaxed and at rest. The room was clean and felt just right. The view was also excellent. I will definitely return here and it is now my place.of choice when in Banff.

We enjoyed 3 nights here as our base when visiting the Bandf area. The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast just right to start off each day. The location put us in short walking distance to all of downtown Banff's restaurants and shops.

This was a very attractive hotel used as part of a coach tour for 2 nights. Reception was really helpful for 2 reasons, they helped us by directing us to a nearby garage to remove a broken padlock on our suitcase, and then arranged to get the tickets for the gondola to Sulphur Mountain for the following day. Room really nice & comfortable. Felt although OK the bar/restaurant was not quite as good as the hotel itself, but the staff were always good.
The position of the hotel was far enough away from the centre of the town to avoid the bustle, whilst still being close enough to access the centre within a 5/10 min stroll. Would recommend

Was very nicely surprised with this hotel, the rooms were very modern and spacious. We had a side room with large windows so it was very light and airy. It was a comfortable stroll for us to the town centre each night for a meal but it may seem long to less fitter guests. We had a breakfast package which was a bit basic and crowded but it suited us as we just wanted to get up and out as quick as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are able to come back to Banff.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It’s pretty on the outside and inside. However, DON’T stay on the first floor. The rooms are way too noisy. Room 131 was the worst. Right beside the lobby and restaurant and right across from the ice machine. Also it’s road front and a bench is right in front of the window. So people out talking and smoking and the smoke comes in through the ac and fan. Beds aren’t comfortable and when we turned them both back they each had a hair in them.

Breakfast was ok. Cereal, milk, yogurt, fruit, pastries. On our second day there was a hair on the silverware.

On the plus side the staff was friendly and the room was a good size.

Bathroom was small & didn’t like the half shower door.

Overall, I would not stay here again.
