We loved our room! Jacuzzi loft suite. Very romantic, included robes for after the Jacuzzi. Wonderful king bed with nice comfy sheets.
It was great to have free wireless internet, free underground parking, 2 TVs, a DVD player, microwave/fridge/coffee maker, 2 comfy sitting areas... It would have been nice to have something to listen to music while in the tub.(an Ipod/CD player so we could plug in our ipod).
. The restaurant didn't look so great in our lodge, but there was a Keg restaurant two hotels away, so we walked there, and we had a great meal (as always at the Keg!).
The only bad thing was that the soaps that they included were way too scented, if you have sensitive skin don't use them.

This is a great place to stay. The room was great, and we had no complaints about the staff. I chose this place over many of the others because it was a little cheaper than other hotels with comparable reviews. After having visited, I can see that the location might be the reason why it was less expensive. We don't mind walking, but I think I would have preferred to be a little closer to downtown. It was a 20 minute walk. The bus came by about every 40 minutes, so if you missed that it was better to walk. We booked our room through the Rundlestone website, but later I found better prices that included breakfast on other websites such as hotels.com. We didn't eat here, because we wanted to try the Wild Flour Bakery downtown.

This was the first stop for us after flying in from Calgary. We stayed here 4 nights and it was very nice. Our room was on the first floor right at the front of the hotel so we had to keep our curtains shut most of the time. It's quite a walk into town (15 minutes) but we never got tired of it (the Cows ice cream for the walk back always helped!). The restaurant had very recently changed ownership and we were actually the only ones in there the one night we stayed in - but it was pretty good. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Our room was clean & big -thought the decor was drab/dark. Pool and Hot tub were really nice. underground parking had a low clearence - we had a bike & thule box on the roof so had to park on street- pretty much the same everywhere. Our room was on first floor front - woke up to traffic noise. our biggest beef was the $200/night price and they charge for breakfast & to use their computer in lobby. Stayed at Best Western down the street two nights later for $60 less we had a really nicely appointed room which included a great breakfast in the morning & had a computer guests could use. eat breakfast out and its nearly $100 difference in price.

We had a clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This hotel has indoor parking and a choice of dvd's to use at no charge. We didn't try the restaurant. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This Hotel exceeded our expectations as unusually, our room was exactly as portrayed on the Website. We could not fault this Hotel. All staff, including the Dining Room waiters, were extremely helpful & friendly and gave a very good service. We are very particular & like a good standard of room & hotel and this more than matched our criteria. Although not as central as some hotels, we preferred to have a good hotel with only a short walk into the centre. The hotel was nice & quiet with good underground parking.
