We stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 room suite and it was really good. The place is very well kept and blends in really well with the beautiful surroundings. The suite was adequately large, very clean and very well kept with nice fittings and a good size bathroom. Location is a 2 minute drive from the Lake itself and about the same to the villager. Good value if you are a group staying in this beautiful place. I would recommend for a stay in Lake Louise.

At the time of booking online, we had the Feuz floor plan/cabin. At check-in, it was #21. However, it had a different name above the door. Notwithstanding, it was perfect. It was a smaller cabin, meant only for two people. It was on the edge of a meadow and forest area behind the property with a view of the far off valley area. The sound of a running stream or creek in the distance. To be sure, this is a more resort-higher end cabin. Our cabin was also set back from the other cabins, which gave us more privacy than some of the other cabins, as parking of vehicles tended to be between the cabins. This was not the case with our cabin. Our designated parking space was between two other cabins, which had to close their shades for privacy. We then had a little walkway to our cabin, no cars parked alongside us! I read somewhere that the property recently had a major renovation. If so, it shows, as the cabin was immaculate and cute. it had an area with a counter, sink, coffee maker, microwave and refrig., some plates, cups, glasses, and flatware. We did the 3-day hiker package, so we were also provided with instant oatmeal and nutrigrain bars each day, along with the coffee, etc.. The bed was very comfy. The heater worked well on our only cold day/night. The cabin well built. Our only complaints: (1) no table in the cabin to eat at. There was table outside on the deck, but the mosquitoes are FIERCE, even in the morning. There are two very comfortable stuffed chairs with a small side table in-between, but there was a lamp and a CD player on top, so very little room for plates, etc. We had to use the foot rest as our coffee table. (2) while the bathroom is quite roomy, it only has one iron shelf above the pedestal sink for toiletries. so, a little vanity would be helpful. Other than that, we would gladly return to Paradise Lodge & Bungalows.

Room Tip: Definitely, Cabin #21 for couples. Not sure, but #17 also was on the edge of the meadow, a little more private.

We are a family with 2 boys and spent one night here in a (Pyeto) cabin before going to Jasper. As LL is an expensive area, we settled for this relatively "reasonably-priced" place given its location, which is v close to both Lake Louise and Lake Moraine - the 2 lakes that we would (and everyone should) visit.

The cabin is nice with kitchen facilities and all the basic you need. It's a bit small though, particularly after the sofa-bed is made. The area is quiet and has a small playground for the kids. If you have to stay in LL, this is somewhere that you should consider given the price and the location. There is no restaurant in the site, and if you intend to cook, you'd better stock up in Banff.

I just cannot tell you how impressed we have been with the personnel at Paradise Lodge & Bungalows! We had planned a dream vacation to Canada and had reservations with Paradise when one of the ladies in our party was unexpectedly hospitalized and this forced us to cancel out trip. Paradise went out of their way to help us cancel our resevation and Shelley wrote the kindest email telling us how sorry they were we were not coming and that prayers would be said for our friend. We definately look forward to planning our trip again and staying with Paradise Lodge & Bungalows!

We loved this place! What makes the cabins at Paradise special is that you're living in a little piece of history in this beautiful part of the world. The cabins have been immaculately maintained without destroying their charm and character. The grounds are quaint and equally pretty. My wife and I had a Cooper cabin with a deck attached that looked out at the surrounding mountains with the rushing sound of a stream nearby.

The interior was absolutely clean, no spiders or bugs or smells of anything but the surrounding evergreens. The bathroom was large and modern; ours had a claw-foot tub and separate shower. Even the ceiling was authentic with detailed timber and wood construction. This is not your average cabin-in-the-woods.

And quiet? Absolutely. Pretty well all the cabins were occupied on the night we stayed and we heard hardly anything of our neighbours.

The price was steep, but considering the proximity of Paradise to everything you'd want to see near Lake Louise, it is by far a better value than the other, considerably steeper accommodations nearby. Plus, you get your very own cozy cabin with a mountain view.

Room Tip: The Cooper cabins are away from the road-side of the property and very quiet.
