“1 nights stay when travelling”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 August 2014

We stayed here for 1 night when travelling from jasper to Banff,
The hotel itself is very clean and modern and location is great too just on the main road leading towards lake louise.
But we noticed there was no cooker and we were not allowed bbq's on the patio! there is a communal bbq but if your like us and prefer to use your own bbq then this place might not be the place to stay.
I mean in lake louise there isn't many resturants so im not quite sure how or where your supposed to eat!

My family stayed at Paradise Lodge and Bungalows for four nights last week. The lodge and cabins are charming, the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and VERY CLEAN! Loved our stay here. Our favorite from our 12 day trip around the Canadian Rockies.

My partner and I spent five nights in this beautifully furnished cabin and were delighted with our stay. We stocked up the car in Jasper with fresh meat and vegetables and packed the fridge full of food as soon as we arrived.

The cabin has a large comfortable double bed, 10 coat hangers and 5 drawers to store clothes, a small table with 4 chairs to have dinner at, a couch and small coffee table and a bedside cabinet at both ends of the bed. The kitchen comes with everything you could possibly require on a short stay. Small, medium and large pans for cooking, chopping board, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The bathroom is in a separate room and has a sink, shower and large claw foot bath.

Our stay was very comfortable and the cabin is cleaned every day with fresh towels provided each day also. There is no air conditioning in the cabins but you can request a fan which will be delivered to your door free of charge.

My only complaint about the stay was the fact we came across at least half a dozen spiders on the floor in the cabin or in the bath. Living in a cabin in the middle of the forest I guess this cannot be helped but all the same I was slightly put off the cabin because of this. Overall a hugely successful stay.

My husband and I stayed for three nights in a bungalow in late July. He had asked for a view bungalow and boy did we get one. We overlooked the Bow Valley and had an uninterrupted view for miles. One night we got up at 2 am just to watch the stars. In the background the Pipestone River could be heard. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern -- dual flush toilet, a soaker tub big enough for two friendly people and a roomy shower. The full cooking facilities meant a substantial savings in our meal costs during our stay. The location of the place is slightly downhill from Lake Louise. We(in our sixties)walked the trail in about 20 minutes. The parking lot is quite generous but early risers get the best spots. We found the Lake gets quite busy in the afternoon. The visit to Moraine Lake is worth the 15 km drive. Again, the experience is best before the tour buses come.

My wife and I spent a little over a week in Northern Montana and Canada. We stayed at a different hotel almost every night. I'll be providing reviews for just two of them. The Paradise set just the right tone. Friendly help at the front desk, well appointed rooms with a gas fireplace and balcony, and everything in good working order. It is more convenient to Lake Louise than the facilities in the village, and the grounds provide the right ambiance for the Lake Louise experience.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with balconies on the sides of the buildings away from the road.

My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 2 nights. The room was spacious and had a balcony, which is exactly what we needed after staying in smaller rooms with no balcony for the previous 6 nights.
The place had a full kitchen and was very clean.
The staff at the reception were all very friendly and helpfull.

Beautiful grounds and clean and comfortable rooms. Since there were 4 adults and one child, we stayed in a family suite. It had two queen beds and two TV's and was divided nicely. For $20 more, they brought in a floor mattress and blankets for our son that he slept very well on. The bathroom was large and very clean. There was a fun outside play area for our 3 year old that included a large sand box with toys and a play ground. Really nice and helpful staff! I only wish we could have checked in earlier. They would not allow us to check in until 4pm.
