I have never enjoyed a cup of tea so much after the climb to the tea house .I do half marathons on the flat and am not good at doing hills but this hike was well worth it .It was 18 deg and sunny on the ground but we had a hailstorm on the way down.

Ddelightful staffing with a light menu and unparalleled views of the six glaciers. Avalanches cracking off into the valley below and brilliant sun with the bluest sky you will ever see. This is a must see. Very much worth the small hike to it. Wear your sunblock! Lots of people did not and looked like lobsters.

We absolutely were enchanted with this tea house. After a beautiful, breath taking hike it was a lovely treat to stop in. I had the cheese sandwich, soup and a cup of tea, which was surprisingly good. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.

Love having the teahouse. It was snowing the last 3rd of our hike and we appreciated having warm soup and tea as a little break before hiking back down. The food is packed in by horseback so don't expect anything spectacular and say "hi" to the horses as they pass you by!

We arrived ahead of the crowd and had tuna fish on fresh wheat bread, freshly baked cake, tea from water from glacieers. It was less in price than the same sandwiches at the hotel deli!
The view is spectacular.
