Ordered shaved ice green tea and mango waffle and I must say its delicious and the servings are big. Just the right amount of sweetness.

Cafe 16 is a high energy Asian-styled cafe for all ages who enjoy bubble tea, slush and smoothie drinks or a regular pot of authenic tea. It serves Asian-styled streetfood and juicy, meaty chicken wings. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. Interior is vibrant and friend with highly adaptable booths. All dishes have exquisite presentation. As eye-catching dishes pass your booth, your eyes desperately careen for a better view as it is placed on a patron's table on the other side of the dining area. Looking forward to discovering my next new favourite dish! Parking if plentiful and accessible.

This new place is basically for Asian bubble/jello drinks and snacks. Friends said this place offered something different, not typical Chinese food, plus they know the owners. The owner strongly recommended Thai milk tea but I decided to choose pineapple coconut slush, same as other bubble/jello drink places, not outstanding. We had dinner as well. Food was kinda of fusion Japanese. Pumpkin tempura was crunchy and not greasy and shrimps had strong garlic favour and they were huge. Japanese squid was deep fried, light flavour, okay but not super outstanding, but good thing is it did not come with thick batter. Deep fried salt and pepper wings were yummy and non-greasy but honey garlic wings were really so-so. Japanese style steamed egg was smooth. Mussels were fresh and light. Japanese style risotto was rich - red sauce was not as rich as the white sauce. Cold udon was ok, hot one is still my favour. HK style egg waffle was a failure: 2 layers were stick together. Tofu dessert was smooth with strong ginger root favour, and the owner said it's home made. Some of these items were not on the menu but we let the chef to decide. Overall, food was good but definitely overpriced and for 11 people, each person had to share $40+. Not expecting to pay this amount at bubble tea place.
Have a lot more options for this pricing. Only recommend people to have a drink and some snacks unless one doesn't mind paying that much at a bubble tea place.
