Description: This stylish bistro is situated in the original French Quarter of Calgary of what is now called the Mission District. Diners will be delighted by the turn of the century Wright building with period details such as the original pressed tin ceilings and exposed brick walls. Chef~Patron Jason Armstrong's French comfort cuisine reinvents bistro classics with a focus on local suppliers. The ever evolving menu is coupled with an all French wine list with a focus on smaller appellations to provide great wine at a reasonable menu price. Service is friendly, yet professional and always consistent.

“Quiet little bistro on 4th Street serving up tasty french fare”
Reviewed 21 January 2013

Popped by 4th street with a friend and looked for a nice place for lunch. This place was vacant, we ended up being the only 2 dining at 1pm on a weekday, but the food should be luring many more to this bistro.
Shared lunch consisted of a large nicoise salad and a chicken club sandwich, and a side of their addicitve frites with garlic aioli.
The sandwich was served on a crispy baguette and had plump seasoned chicken breast, nice slices of tomato and bacon with lettuce and a red pepper aioli sauce, and had a side of seasonal greens with a tasty vinaigrette. The nicoise was an ample portion, very filling! $50.00 for 2 for lunch including 2 beers. Love to go back for dinner- service was excellent and friendly.

“Great”
Reviewed 11 December 2012 via mobile

I have always had fantastic meals and service when at Bistro 2210. From brunch to dinner, they do it all well. There is no reason to go to a chain like Earls or Moxies when you can go somewhere like Bistro 2210 and get an amazing meal for not much more.

“Excellent bistro”
Reviewed 30 August 2012

My wife and I have been to this restaurant dozens of times. The food is consistently high-quality and the service friendly. Good value. Good wine list and liquor selection. Large windows open onto the street on warm days. The room is tastefully done and generates a great atmosphere.

“LIMITED MENU/EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET”
Reviewed 13 August 2012

Pretentious restaurant with very limited menu. All portions are small with big price tags. The food is nothing special; but the prices are. You can do better just about anywhere else along 4th Ave. Would never go back.
