I've stayed in this hotel 2x a month got the past 2 years. The staff have always been very courteous and friendly. If there was ever a problem it has been handled quickly and without any drama. They have a block of rooms reserved for smokers & since I like to enjoy a cigar after a day's work I find this a nice feature. They also have a nice in house restaurant, Dalton's, that features som great food. Nice pool & workout area as well

Overall the stay at the hotel was decent, good counter staff, the room was in decent shape.. everything worked. The abysmall part was the breakfast buffet in the restaurant attached to the hotel... now, their prepared in the kitchen breakfast may be decent and hot, the buffet was cold, sausages that you could play hockey with, hash browns that were nuggetts of rock and totally unedible... the coffee tasted like it was strained thru an oil patch worker's dirty sock.... I would have rated the hotel a 4, but they wound up with a 3 because the breakfast rated a 2 at best..... and that includes the indifference of the wait staff .......

I will look for somewhere else to stay on my next trip to Calgary. Hotel looks good from lobby, but rooms need some work. Filthy carpets, dirty bathrooms and in need of paint. Stayed in room 307 on a stop over to Winnipeg for one night account WestJet flight cancelled. WestJet put us up for the night but wish they would have let us stay at the Delta right next to the Airport.

We visit Calgary once a year to visit family, and we've stayed at this hotel before.

The rooms are average sized, but clean. There is a fridge in the room and decent WIFI connection. The coffee in the room is some of the better hotel room coffee I've had.

We were on the 4th floor, way at the end, and so it was a very quiet stay. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities decent.

We used the pool daily on our 3 night stay, as well as the hot tub and steam room.
We didn't dine at the hotel so I'm unable to rate that.

Our kids loved the fountains that were on - once.
Check-in and check-out were simple and friendly.

My only real complaint, is that there were only 3 towels (and 4 of us) and 2 washclothes. Easy enough to remedy, but it would've been nice to had a full set to begin with. Also, the remote in our room was cranky, and worked about half the time - and the sleep timer didn't work.

We'd stay here again - it's close to our family and easy to get to.

We had booked our stay here online 8 months in advance. The booking was for our family of 5. My wife and myself, our two girls 6 and 12, and our son 15. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, one for us and one for the girls. Then a roll away cot for our son. When we arrive to check in we are informed that they do not allow roll away cots in there queen rooms. We asked them why we were not told this sooner the girl at the counter replied "We sent an e-mail" When we asked what our options were they suggested we book a second room for out 15 year old son!! In the end they gave us a couple of extra blankets so he could sleep on the floor. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was always clean. However there were 5 of us and after long days of sight seeing we wanted to come back and bath and shower. House keeping kept taking our towels! Every night we had to call down and ask for 3 more towels( they would only leave 2 in the room) Twice we had to call and request more toilet paper. The worst part was the hotel restaurant. Our waiter had to have been new as he had no idea what he was doing. When we asked him what the potatoe of the day was he told us "some round potato things with stuff on them" (they turned out to be so bland I could not choke them down) the meal as a whole was so terribly over priced we wished we would have walked to the steak house across the street.

This hotel has seen better days. Everything from the entrance to the room has a tired, used, not well kept up look. The carpeting in the hallway and room looked somewhat dirty and had numerous stains. The room itself wasnt dirty, but the carpet was worn, the bedding looked well used, the walls were scuffed and chipped. I expected better for the price. I chose this hotel based on reviews and proximity to the airport, but I wouldn't stay here again given the number of other hotels to choose from.

We had a 27h long travel really tired and ready to go to bed. But not this night.
It was a party going on in the hotel. Maybe a wedding? The music was so loud that we could hear it in the 3 floor.
After 2 am the music was switched off but no sleep jet the party guest just need to go to there room and it it was until 3am when it was getting quite and all guest where in there rooms.

Maybe it was just back luck for us arriving at that day. But for everyone coming after us check out if there is a party on!
It is close to the airport and there rooms are okay not the best but for one night good.
