We took friends to Wurst for a german experience in the upstairs" restaurant". What we got was an overpriced bar with three televisions along the wall and loud music ascending from the other bar downstairs. When will Calgarians hostellers get it that upscale dining does not work with televisions and loud music. We paid over $200 for four people for average tasting food we could have got in any bar - a pile of sausages on a bed of sauerkraut does not justify top prices and the schweineshaxe was tough. The only redeeming feature was the excellent service from our server.
