While our stay was enjoyable enough, there were a few major issues I had with this hotel. As other recent reviewers have commented, our floor hallways were being gutted right while we were staying without any prior warning. Construction/ renovation noises were quite loud and disrespectful. It worried me a bit that the workers were wearing masks while doing this work- were we vulnerable as guests? We did receive a letter apologizing in our room which was nice, but given the extent of work that was being done, I really felt more could have been done by the hotel.
I did enjoy the hotel being connected to the mall and the hot tub and pool area on the top floor- very nice. Cleaning staff was also very pleasant.
I think once the renovations are complete this will be a better place to stay, but save your money and book somewhere else until then.
