First room I had was quite warm and the air conditioner was not working properly. Staff was good about it and moved me to a room with a working air conditioner. Second room was clean with some cons. Bathroom sink drained very slow, and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had EVER slept on. They might as well have put the pillows and bed linens on the floor since it would have been just as comfortable.

Thanks you very much for taking the time to write a review as we do value all feedback from our guests. We are very happy to read that you found our hotel clean but I would like to sincerely apologize if you felt uncomfortable during your stay with us, as we have mostly new beds in the hotel. We would certainly like the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Was barely ok by hotel standards. Room needs serious updating and had a strong residual cleaning chemical smell in it to mask an otherwise previously existing malodour. bathroom sink would take 5 minutes to drain. Could here everyone walking by room or talking in hall. I was told by front desk no other room was available as it "was completely sold out" if you believe that.

We were booked by our team for the Canadian Volleyball Tournament.
$99 room rate was way too much for this dive. This hotel should not be in the recommended list for players & parents from across Canada to stay & be rested for a 3 day athletic tournament.
We stayed Thursday to Monday and I couldn't wait to leave.
Tired appearance of hotel. More tired & broken inside.
I felt depressed in my room and when our toilet flusher broke I wasn't 't surprised.
The beds were okay in terms of comfort BUT the edges of the room was layered in dust & dirt. Do not stay here if you have asthma.
Anything good? The fridge was large and worked.
The coffee machine worked and the coffee was okay.
The staff was minimally nice.
The computer in the lobby worked but you can't print your boarding pass.
Good was the short walk to superstore, a&w, Boston pizza & Earl's (great food, great staff, great respite from depressing hotel.
Bottom lone is you have more than $100 to spend on a hotel DON't go here.

My family and I stayed here for a Volleyball tournament this past weekend for 4 days. We were from Toronto On. so didn't know the area. The hotel its self is old, rooms are small and we had 4 people in the room. Bathrooms are very small and very outdated. When we came in, it was very late as we had a late plane arrival time the desk people were nice. Although the staff were nice, they were not assertive at all. The house cleaning staff need more supervision and someone checking to make sure they are doing their jobs. They only came in and made the beds, changed the garbage and put new towels in. They didn't vacuum, didn't clean the bathroom nor left toilet paper and we ran out. When we called down to have more brought up it took 20mins for them to arrive. So we had to use Kleenex instead. We finally took some toilet paper out of the fitness room cause we waited so long. When I address this issue with the desk supervisor he just told me and that he called the house cleaning staff and then went back to his computer. This was unacceptable and they need to make sure this stuff is taken care of from the beginning and are prompt at delivering this stuff. According to the staff there, they are beginning their renovations for the rooms.
Pros:
Had new mattresses so the beds are really comfortable, windows open so we could get fresh air, has a pool but we didn't use it. Location is great, has tons of restaurants and a superstore in walking distance. Breakfast was good, the lady who works it made sure it was fully stocked. Wifi was good and had a strong signal, had a microwave and a fridge at no extra charge.
Cons:
Hotel is old, rooms are very small, staff are NOT attentive at all. We had a non smoking room however we could smell someone's smoke from another room in our room. House keeping staff don't clean the rooms, we had light bulbs out, bathroom not cleaned, not vacuumed, no toilet paper.
Tips:
We stayed here only because it was cheaper and because there were limited choices for that weekend. if your staying for 1 night its a good option, however if its more then 1 night I would suggest paying that little bit extra and stay at the Radisson or the Holiday inn which is across the street.

Room Tip: This hotel is only good for a 1 night stay, would not recommend to stay longer. Ask for rooms on the...

Hotel is clean. Continental breakfast is alright. Small rooms and hallways but room was renovated. Staff was great. Priced accordingly. They advertise high speed internet but so slow it's unusable in the evenings. If you are in town for business and need internet don't stay here. Our key card locked us out of our room several times during our stay and had to be reprogrammed.

We stayed 2 nights here. The rooms were clean, if not a little old. Flat screen tv. Comfortable beds. Free parking. We stayed on level 2. the breakfasts were better than we expected. There was a gym room and pool (which we didn't use). I would definitely stay here again.
