I arranged a sports team lunch here on the Saturday of the May long weekend. This was the only restaurant I could find close to our hotel which accepted reservations on the long weekend. Final tally was nearly 40 people. The restaurant has a separate room at the back for group bookings. We were confident that our somewhat boisterous group was unlikely to disturb the other patrons. The orders were all correct, and everyone's food arrived at as close to the same time as ~40 orders permitted. The servers were very good. The location is a bit tricky to reach via vehicle given the unusual configuration of the surrounding streets.

Didn't need a reservation. There was something for everyone on the menu. Server was quick but pompous. Didn't provide crayons or anything for kids like they have at other Boston Pizza restaurants. Food was fine. The whole experience was just OK.

Recently tried one of the new menu choices and decided it won't be on my reorder list. It did not have much in the way of flavour - the chicken was boiled and tastless and the chipolte sauce had no kick to it.

No different than any other Boston Pizza, the food is excellent, nothing too fancy. The pizza is my favorite food there.
