I decided to stop by here based on previous reviews. I've gone twice and both times, it was for the coconut cookies and gingersnap cookies. They have various desserts to choose from, but cookies are my weakness! When I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and cozy. I saw people eating the soups/sandwich combos, and while standing in line the 3 people in front me all ordered various kinds of bread. They will take the loaves and slice them and package them upon request.

I live in Texas, so this was a great little gem in my search for good food/service in Grand Prairie. Go check them out!

They have quite a few different desserts that change daily from cupcakes to cheesecakes. Their cream cheese pumpkin roll is divine and so is their seed bread. They have some pretty delicious sandwiches but their soups are hit and miss, some days they are great, some days it's better to have a cupcake. Other than the grocery stores, Grains is the only true Bakery in Grande Prairie.

Great friendly reception and service. This was such a pleasant surprise to not only see great service but the amazing fresh food to match. My mom worked in a bakery for 20 years and when she comes to visit I must take her here to experience the great selection of fresh breads offered. The herb and garlic rye loaf I bought to go with supper barely made it to the table as it was half gone. I couldn't stop eating it!!!

Great place - cosy and neat. The display counters of fresh, homemade desserts is impossible tempting. Great bread, great sandwiches and soup, great coffee bar. Not a big selection to pick from but you'll have trouble picking just one. The also cater lunches so the next time you have to arrange lunch for a meeting, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Only place in town for bread - pumpkin seed sour dough is amazing.
Chocolate sourdough fun for French toast.
Love their fresh salads quinoa - pasta salad. They have a Greek potato salad that is a must try.
Their mini cookies are expensive but so yummy.
Don't forget they are closed on Mondays!
