For an appetizer, we wanted the mussels but instead of the sauces that were offered, we requested something off-menu and the chef agreed and made it for us. The Bison short-ribs were fall off the bone only to melt in your mouth. Service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. While I said 'no' this wasn't the best meal that I ever had, it was definitely good enough that I will go back the next time that we are in town.
