I stayed in River Front Cabin #5 for five nights in July. It was my first time at Pine Bungalows and now I would not stay anywhere else. It was the perfect "home away from home"! So peaceful along the Athabasca River and yet so close to the Jasper townsite. My cabin was fully equipped with everything I needed (fridge, stove, etc.) and didn't have any of the usual distractions (phone, TV, etc.). Who needs a TV when you have so much to see and enjoy right outside your door? I was out and about most of the time but the BBQ and picnic table provided for each cabin is an excellent bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to come back for an extra night due to road closures. I STRONGLY recommend Pine Bungalows to anyone who is staying in Jasper for any reason. You will not find a better place to call "home". :-)

We stayed for 2 nights in July, we had a room in one of the motel blocks. The room was clean had twin beds, bathroom and a balcony with a couple of chairs on it.
A fridge and coffee maker with coffee was provided.
The room had no TV or phone but we didn't miss them. The wifi signal was not good but again we didn't miss it.
Pine Bungalows is on the outskirts of Jasper but it's only a 5 minute drive to the centre of town. It runs alongside a river where benches are provided if you want to sit for a while.
The staff were friendly.
The highlight of the trip was coming back to Pine Bungalows to find 2 female Elk eating outside our room who were not bothered by us at all. They just wandered around, it was beautiful.
I would recommend Pine Bungalows to anyone.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July, and what a beautiful stay we had. I had booked a two bedroom heritage cabin, and it was the perfect amount of space. Kitchen, living room, and a bathroom in between two bedrooms, very comfortable. The BBQ and picnic table outside the cabin were awesome, we ended up cooking our own dinner out there for all 3 nights. The cabins are about 2 km from Jasper townsite, so if you don't like walking and you want something right in town, this isn't for you. But if you love the outdoors and prefer staying just outside of the town, then you have to stay here. It really is a fantastic place.

Room Tip: Ask for a river side cabin if available

Spent this past Tuesday evening at the Pine Bungalows on a Calgary-Canmore-Jasper-Edmonton-Calgary 3 -day loop with company from Quebec. The bungalows were all booked so the 6 of us stayed in 3 of the motel rooms. All in all a nice, comfortable stay. The staff are extremely down-to-earth and made you feel very welcome. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Would definitely consider booking again.

Room Tip: Second floor is two singles, Main floor has the queen beds. Don't worry if you don't get a bungalow right on the Athabasca river.......it is just a nice short walk from any location on the site

thank you for your kind words - we're glad we made you feel welcome.
Next time perhaps you will stay in one of our cabins by the river.
See you another time.

We were travelling through the rockies and decided to stay a night in jasper.
Jasper is a small town and very quickly fills up.
Couldnt find anywhere in the centre and pine bungalows was suggested.
The service at this family owned complex was friendly and efficient. Got 3 rooms for night. There are elk wondering about the complex which was wondetful. Lots of pictures and happy faces.
Rooms in hotel part of complex are new well appointed and clean and tidy.
No tv which makes the whole atmosphere relaxed, but as we were travelling with our kids in teens and early twenties their is free wifi so mobiles and ipads work so they can access what they want.
We all liked it so much we stayed another day.
Cost is really reasonable.
Would recommend to anyone. Not in centre of town but minutes in car.
