We had a suite which was surprisingly good. Separate rooms for the kids with bunk bed. Decor is very dated but large rooms and comfortable. The beds are unbelievably good. Hilton take note. Spa is also nice. Whole place appears well run and organised. Breakfast is very very average but better than nothing. Overall very good just watch the cost!

As other reviewers have stated this is a very expensive motel, this was our dearest room and the smallest during our tour of USA & Canada. Jasper does appear to be able to sustain high room costs, which elsewhere would be 1/2 the cost. The Mount Robson is a typical motel nothing fancy and is just a place to rest your head, nothing of note to add. Because of the high costs would not visit this area again, once bitten twice shy.

This was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our 5 week trip and by far the worst. It cost double that of the Banff hotel and was no where near the quality. We also stayed in Vancouver, several places in Alaska, Hawaii, LA & Las Vegas - so we saw what our money could buy elsewhere. The inn is old and run down, the rooms tiny, hot (even with aircon on full blast), stuffy, and they internet is cut off every 24 hours and you have to go get it reinstated. Not exactly welcoming! They also only allow one device per customer to be used, which means if you want to use viber on your phone, you can't use your computer or ipad. There are also a lot of stairs to climb and even those on the "ground" floor require you to lug your bags up several stairs, so if you have mobility issues, forget this place. It is also a long walk into town. There is a tiny tiny wardrobe that would be lucky to hold fit 2 pairs of pants and 3 tops. However, if there are two of you, you can't both have a suitcase open as there is very little space to maneuver around them if you place one on the floor. We detested this hotel ad were glad to get out of it.

Room Tip: either get one of the bigger rooms or go elsewhere.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback from our guest. I am sorry you were so disappointed in your room and the hotel. Yes during the summer months rates are high, as they are all over Jasper. I looked at the type of room you were booked into and you were booked into our economy room which is one of our smallest rooms, we do have many different options to suit everyone's needs. We do have a limit of our internet codes to one per person as if everyone had 3 or 4 devices going it puts a huge stain on how fast the internet runs. As you said it was slow for you so you can only imagine if everyone had 2 or 3 devices per person going.
We are always upgrading our rooms and hope that you will check back with us and see what things new we have done.

Sincerely,
Management

We stayed here for one night mid-June when our plans to Banff were changed due to the flooding. Location was nice as it was only 4 blocks walk to the main part of Jasper. Our room was on the second floor close to the stairs and we were able to park right beneath our unit. Our room had a terrific bathroom with 2 sinks, one outside and one inside, which was really nice in a room full of 4 women...plus, it looked super clean and like it had been recently renovated. Like many motels, the fridge and microwave were a convenient addition since another place we stayed in didn't have one.

Staff was friendly and the free continental breakfast in the separate room was very nice and had variety for a continental breakfast.

For the price, this place was great! My only complaint would be that the beds, while comfy, were on the softer side (I'm used to a hard bed) and the AC really didn't work that well...since it was only in the 60s that was ok....

Room Tip: Supposedly their are suite-type rooms available here, would come back here with my husband and pick that one!

We stayed for one night while is Jasper. It was a particular eventless stay, which is a good thing. We got a room facing the road which was a quick walk to the breakfast room.

The best part of this hotel is the free breakfast. The breakfast was typical - toast, cereal, waffles, some fruit and juice. The best part was the size of the room, as it did not feel crowded.

The hotel is a quick drive to the town area with all the shops, and a quick drive back to the highway. The location is quite good in that respect.
