We visited the centre twice whilst we stayed in Jasper.
The first day a young guy was sooooooooooo helpful he was great advising us where we could get diesel, areas to avoid due to bears being spotted, winter RV sites.
The following day we needed to renew our National Park pass and was served by someone who I would never put in this role. He was curt, snatched a map from under my hand whilst I was looking at it and quite frankly rude and unhelpful. A sheer contrast from the day previous and other customer service advisor.
The building itself is gorgeous and a great location. It has a nice gift shop (I spent a fair bit in here) and lots of leaflets in English and French mainly.
