My bestfriend and I stayed at The Juniper House from June 4th to June 9th 2014 in the King Suite and we had a wonderful stay! Both Brent and Jennifer were very accommodating and welcoming. The B&B is very clean and tidy and has a very homie feel to it. When we arrived they gave us a tour and answered all our questions and were very helpful in educating us about the local trails and current activities within the Park! I would stay at this B&B again in a heartbeat! Lovely home and amazing hosts!

Room Tip: The King Suite has a kitchenette! Definitely a perk for a long stay!

We decided last minute to stay an extra night in Jasper but the hotels were full so I decided to check out the B&Bs, note that most B&Bs in Jasper don't include breakfast. We called Jennifer at Juniper House and she said they had a room available and we could come and check it out. As soon as we walled into the house I knew we would stay, the entrance and room were spotless and looked like it had just been built even tho it is five or more years old. You can see the pride of ownership in the whole home and yard and the hosts are friendly and willing to offer helpful information to make your stay in Jasper more enjoyable. We stayed in the queen suite and it was very comfortable and the bathroom had plush towels, not rough and thin like the hotel and was much nicer and larger then most hotels we have stayed in. I can't stress enough how clean everything was and how the room looked like it had just been built. The floor is linoleum but slippers are provided and there is in floor heating for the winter. No carpet equals a cleaner room with no oder or allergen issues. The rate was very reasonable and the location was an easy walk to the main part of town. This B&B is also adult only which will be a bonus for many looking for a peaceful getaway, we have kids so I know what I'm talking about lol. The queen suite we stayed in is one room with two lounge chairs, small table and a bar fridge plus the large bathroom. It is great for a long weekend or a few days but if you want to stay a week or two you may want the king suite which has a separate sitting area and a separate bedroom, a true suite. The king suite will sleep four if you use the sitting area as a sleeping area also. The rooms are in the basement of the house but they have lots of natural light even the bathroom is bright with natural light and being in the basement the room stays cooler in the summer. We will definitely try (if not already booked) to stay here again, maybe trying the king suite. This B&B was a great find and we wish we had time to stay longer.

Very clean and comfortable that makes you feel just in a standard hotel. But the difference is the host who gives a touch of warmth to your travel experience - Jennifer is a great host with the wealth of knowledge and suggestions what to do where to go and what to eat - we loved all the dining places Jennifer recommended and the tips of what to do for each day were very helpful. You can just rely on Jennifer while don't bother of bringing in any maps with you, Jennifer has all the updated brochures and maps for you in the room. There are simple kitchenettes in the room including a coffee maker. It is located in a quiet place but very close to the town center.

My husband and I stayed at Juniper House in September of this year and weren't disappointed. We stayed in the King Suite which had all the comforts of home including a kitchen area (no hot cooking allowed but that was no great hardship you are on holiday after all) where we made up our breakfasts each morning. Breakfast is not provided but there are stores and bakeries around within easy walking distance where you can stock up. Upon arrival Jen made us very welcome - coffee was put on and she went over all the points of interest in Jasper including recommendations for eating out and walking trails. Jen has a great knowledge of the area. Juniper house is less than 5 mins walk away from the 2 main streets in Jasper in a quiet residential area. It was clean and cosy, very spacious so you had plenty of room to relax. Comfortable bed and super bathroom. Our room and another used for guests are situated in the basement of the property with a separate entrance from the main house. Both rooms we're specifically built with guests in mind and thoughtfully and tastefully done. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone looking for a stopover in Jasper.

We stayed in the Queen suite which was just the right size for a few nights and very well equipped with fridge, tea coffee making facilities, iPod dock, set of draws and couple of chairs and small table. There was a hanging area for clothes rather than wardrobe but fine if only staying a few nights. Good size bathroom with a fantastic shower. The accommodation was very well looked after and so clean.
Jennifer made us very welcome and provided us with lots of information about Jasper and the surrounding area. The main town is a 5 minute walk away. The Discovery Trail round Jasper is easily reached from Juniper House.
Juniper House would be our first choice to stay if we where fortunate enough to visit Jasper again.

Room Tip: Queen suite was great but King suite may be better having the kitchenette if you wanted to more than...

Juniper House is a top choice for a brilliant stay in Jasper. Jennifer is a wonderfully welcoming host who provided us with great information personalised to our preferences for what to do and see in the area. The Queen suite was very comfortable, immaculately clean, and private from the hosts main house. The location is quiet and gives easy access to the town centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

We stayed here in September during our tour of the Rockies and the accommodation was excellent and Jennifer was really helpful and gave us lots of maps and explained all the sights to see and walks in the area. She didn't provide any breakfast but we visited the local bakery/cafe called Bear Paws as recommended and it was excellent and really popular with locals and tourists.
