Stayed two days as part of self drive holiday. Saw positive reviews for restaurant and then went for breakast. Continental Buffet was a train wreck (OK have just been to Fairmont Whistler and Victoria so the bar was set high). All cooked food was overdone and flavourless. Gave them second chance for dinner and was very impressed. I had fish taco off appetiser menu. More than enough for dinner. My darling had breakast ribeye which was well cooked and tasty. They even let us take the meals back to our room when noise in restaurant made wife's migrane worse. And all this with 50% off for happy hour. While I was waiting for our meals to be cooked was watching huge meals go out and empty plates go back in. Outstanding.

We were seated promptly, had good view, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was good.

Our server was disappointingly slow, lacked any attentive habits, and generally made us feel like an afterthought. We had wanted to order desert but the lag time between making a request and having it fulfilled was too much. When we finally did snag him, we decided to just ask for our bill rather than wait any longer. When our bill finally was processed, the visa had been run through at nearly double the price for no apparent reason. Sadly this meant we had to flag the server down again just to fix the error. In the end, I sent my wife and daughter back to our hotel room on their own as it had already been a long enough night for them, while I waited for our bill to be fixed.

The food was excellent. The people in the kitchen are the reason I left a tip. If we had a better (or better trained) server, we would go back. As it is, we won't bother.

We're had a view on the card and decided to go in. The stuff was friendly and the service was really good. The apatizers, the rips and the desserts were very tasty. The Wine tasted lovely and the deco was perfect for that place. We had a great evening.

We are staying at the adjoining Best Western and decided to "eat in" because of the rain. This family restaurant surprised us in that the food was really innovative and flavourful. We ordered two appetizers, the drumsticks and the corn fritters. Both were liberally seasoned and beautifully presented. We also got the kids' mac & cheese (well appreciated by our four-year-old) and the lobster mac & cheese for adults, a really interesting combination and delicious. We also got the spinach salad which had a variety of unexpected ingredients such as smoked salmon and marinated vegetables. It filling and colourful, though the flavour package didn't knock me out. There was enough to take away for someone's lunch tomorrow. Our server was absolutely lovely and helpful and not in the least pushy or surly. Very happy overall and we'll be back before our stay in Jasper is over.

The location we stayed at in Jasper did not have a restaurant so we had to find a place for dinner. We had stayed at the Best Western once before about 5 years ago and recalled The Inn Restaurant there as being pretty good. Upon arriving we were quickly seated and the waiter was soon by to take our drink order. He informed us that the special was Prime Rib and 2 of our party of 4 chose the special. Also have childrens items on the menu. Our dinner order arrived very timely and the Prime rIb was EXCELLENT! Cooked just right and was accompanied by baked potato, yorkshire pudding & assorted vegitables. The only issue we had was there was no au-jus or gravy for the yorkshire pudding. The 4 of us (3 adults and 10 year old) shared 2 orders of Flying Bananas for dessert. Once again excellent. Excellent food, good prices. Will become our restaurant of choice whenever we travel to Jasper.
