Stayed on a Sunday night with 5 year old. Great location. Fantastic staff! Very clean and well maintained! Breakfast Buffet had fantastic options and amazing staff. Definite value for location, amenities and staff.

I stayed to this hotel a few days ago. i have to advice yall theres not much to do in red deer but still the location is very not appropriated . the rates are affordable but thats about it. the elevators were pretty slow which i didnt like specially for an hotel that doesnt have many floors . But now lets talk serious ! ive been stayin there for 3days ,kids were screaming and playin in the hall early in the morning as i was asking myself if there was possibility to rent the hall ?!?! it seems like they did. whatever we all been kids before! but THEN as later in the night ...maybe around midnight i went out for a smoke then came back and was approched on my floor by a messy drunk and intoxicated hooker who asked me if i had her room key ?!?! what the hell do they have a maintenance there ?!?!? as i was gonna leave the morning after to go to the i hotel which i really recommand (good location, nice hotel, totally friendly and cool staff ,good service &nice rooms for the same price range and a clientele way more respectfull) ...the hotel manager ,CHERI ARTHUR, came up to me with a 100$ fee that i had to pay for MAKEUP REMOVAL ON THE TOWELS ?!?! im sorry but let me tell you 3things ...FIRST ..there was no sign ANYWHERE that we have to pay for that even if it was wine or blood stain !!!! when i told her that she answered to me with the rudest attittude "well that comes in sens" whattttt the hellll ... if i wouldve had a sign that atleast mention it i couldve been comprehensive but there wasnt ...100$ aint a thing but still i would qualifie this as a RIPOFF ..i travel all over the place , Canada ,U.s.a ,sweden, norway, i can name many and its the first time i got told something like that that DOESNT come in sens ! plus the fact that makeup DO NOT STAIN ! whatever ,with the "experience" and "weirdos" i met the last night before i wasnt gonna go back there ever anyways ! Hopefully my review will guide red deer travellers in their choice of hotel cause this hotel is not the one for anyone especially when switched for a way better one that gave me comfort and service that hampton inn DID NOT -from a frequent traveller that wasnt satisfied at all on many point at all and trust me ive been to alot of hotels, cities ,countries

Though not a perfect stay, a couple of things one of which was there was a boxing weigh in using a meeting room that made for an uncomfortable morning in the lobby and breakfast area, the room was clean, comfortable, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable as well the decor throughout the hotel was very stylish.

The top-floor suite was very comfortable and cozy, with a mounted swivel TV to view from the couch or sofa bed. An extra closet blanket came in handy, as did the generous-size work desk. The fridge, microwave and mini-sink were nice extras for an extended stay, as was the granite counter for additional space. Bath vanity was large allowing for "spreading out" of toiletries. Staff were all genuinely friendly (especially Paula), attentive and knowledgeable of restaurants, retail and other offerings in the area. Breakfast consisted of the standard Hampton fare, with a nice selection and changing hot items daily. The Precor fitness treadmills with built-in TV and headphones made for a high-tech and engaging workout. Pool was nice, but the whirlpool was not nearly as hot as it should have been, and the jets weak compared to other hotels where I have stayed. That would be the only shortcoming of the property in my view. Also, one weekend the hotel (along with others in the area) played host to a youth hockey tournament, and the hotel was filled with noisy kids stomping and yelling. However, Guest Services is to be commended for doing their best to control the noise, promptly responding to reports. If again in search of a midscale hotel in the area, I would look no further than the Hampton Inn & Suites Red Deer. This stay further strengthened my loyalty to the Hilton and Hampton hospitality brands.

Room Tip: Rooms on both sides of the hotel (north/south) are exposed to potential noise from the nearby road...

The only thing I found was that the room was rather plain and didn't offer anything that was nice. The heating/air conditioning controls were unclear as well. Other than that, though, the room was very nice and the hotel was quiet and we slept very well.

this hotel is always consistent with cleanliness, quality of service and an amazing complimentary breakfast that is continuously kept well stocked. Thank you! Had a room right next to elevator which at first concerned us but we did not hear any noise which was a real bonus

This was the nicest room I had been in in a hotel in a long time. The studio suite was very nicely set up, with very comfortable furnishings, sitting area, unique room divider desk, and very clean. It was very quiet and relaxing. If I am ever in Red Deer again I will be staying here.
