If you are going to this Hotel it is best to spend two nights there, so you can get a full day at the Hotel and village. We got there at about 7:00PM Friday and were greeted by a lineup of guests waiting to get checked in. The staff were efficient and got everyone processed quickly. We found our clerk friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Our room 221 was on the second floor in the older west wing right next to a set of stairs. Our room overlooked the covered walkway between pools, a blooming pink cherry tree (remember this is Feb 1st) and a wooded mountain. This allowed us easy access to the polls and a second floor walkway to the Lakeside Cafe. The room was reasonably spacious and very comfortable (king sized bed with lots of pillows). Nice TV selection and I loved having the free WiFi.

If you are booking well ahead, you have lots of choices:
1. If you want a good view of the lake and mountains, ask for a room at the front of the Hotel on at least the second floor.
2. There are rooms with sliding glass doors that open right onto the adult outdoor pool. You just have to put up with some noise until 11:00PM.
3. Try for the East Tower, as it is the newest (relatively).

There are two restaurants and a coffee shop: The Copper Room (a-la cart dinner and dance); The Lakeside Cafe (we had a buffet breakfast and dinner); and Miss Margaret's Coffee Shop.

Room Tip: See above.

this is a fantastic way to unwind The hot tubs are natural mineral water .Makes your skin fell like silk .This resort is located right on the harison lake .We have stayed here several times .You can stay in a very basic room for around the $100.00 mark or a suit for the $300.00 price tag .Save your money take the $100.00 room all the value in this resort is in the out door hot tubes .There is a fantastic 5 star restaurant on site Or a short 5 minute walk to a log cabin pub (right around the corner ) witch has great pub food .If your looking for a stress free night out or weekend adventure .This is the place to be .You will not be disappointed

Room Tip: all rooms good depends on your personal needs

Stayed at Harrison Resort for 1 night.

$200 incl taxes for East Tower. Room was nice.

Had afternoon tea and cookies complementary. Nice touch.

Hot pools were quite nice and relaxing: great that they are open late (11pm outdoor and 1am indoor).

Did a cute hike in the area. Nice views.

Great stay would go back.

We have been to this resort several times, anniversary, vacation, HEU summer school, CLC, weddings, and although a little pricey, the room, food and service WAS great. Saturday, Jan. 25th we booked for our friends 45th wedding anniversary, can you say disgusted, wow, they put us in a so called family room where my husband and I used the public washroom in the hallway throughout the night so we did not have to walk through our friends bedroom to go pee in the night. The food in the cooper room (the cook should be shot) 38 dollars for a 7ounce strip loin steak 6 green beans and a cold baked potato the butter would not melt on and to top it off, they couldn't give us drinks with our dinner because the one bar was backed up for the sold out room. If you are a tourist to my beautiful province there is a million more CUSTOMER friendly, one third the price hotel and resorts in the area look you won't be disappointed. If you come here you are being sucked in by money hungry business owners not proud Canadians we are not like this, sorry!

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Our prices are very competitive given they provide more than just a room but a complete resort experience. Our fine dining in The Copper Room also continues to receive praise regarding the menu. It's unfortunate you found your meal lacking. We will share this with our staff.

Were there in August 2013 and loved it. We had a suite of 2 rooms with shared bathroom in the main building. Given the very reasonable price with full access to the gorgeous hot springs, we thought it was AWESOME.
