“Impressed with service, location and quality.”

Myself and another 10 young women visited this hotel for May Long weekend and we were not disappointed!! The rates of this hotel were great compared to other options. The location is central and within walking distance to everything. Parking on the road is free and they only charge $5 for their private lot, which is very reasonable.
Our rooms all came with balconies and we rented one lake view suite that had an amazing view. A word of caution to those booking with Expedia, as balconies are apparently not available with all rentals. If this is important to you call the hotel.
The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious. The amenities all worked and were great. DVDs rent for $2 in the lobby which is nice if the weather is gross.
We had a little mix up with one of the rooms but the manager, Tara, corrected it. I was extremely impressed how she went out of her way to correct the mix up. We were treated as valued guests and she went above and beyond in terms of customer service.
If you're looking for dinner suggestions the Laughing Goat and the Old Settler Pub were our favourite.
I was very impressed with the service, location and quality of this hotel.

My new husband and I booked this hotel several months before our wedding. Our wedding venue was about 10 minutes away so the hotel was a good location for us. The staff were very accommodating and friendly during the booking process and also during check-in and check-out. Although they didn't have a honeymoon suite they gave us the biggest room on the floor facing Harrison Lake. The view was gorgeous and we had a really big deck overlooking the main street / lake. The décor of the room was current and the entire room was very clean which is my first priority when booking a hotel room.
We would like to stay here again however there were a couple of drawbacks. We found the bed in our room to be uncomfortable and by the second night we both had sore backs. The only other complaint was that the hallways were rather noisy with guests going in and out of their rooms.
Other than that, the hotel was in a great location and a much better price than the Harrison Resort and Spa just down the street.

Room Tip: If you're planning to have visitors to your room for drinks on the patio, our room was perfect f...

We origonally had reserved for 3 nights at harrison hot srings resort and spa. We only stayed one night and checked out and into this hotel. service was good and friendly. I believe all of the rooms had a small kitchen area, which was nice as we have a one year old. Prices were resonable and the rooms were good. Much cleaner then the other hotel. I would stay here again. The veiws of the lake and mountains are beautiful. Harrison is a very nice little town with a lot of food options. The lake is beautiful.

Room Tip: Not all rooms have balcony's so ask for one if you want it.

Our daughter chose this hotel for her out of town wedding guests. It was like a mini vacation for those of us who stayed here. Beautiful views of the lake or mountains, very clean rooms, super comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff.
Would stay here again if I ever come to Harrison.

We had great time there.
We went there on a Monday, stayed overnight.
Three days before our arrival, the General Manager of the hotel Tera( a very pleasant lady) called to info us that the pool and hot tub would be closed for maintenance during the time of our stay, we had the option to cancel the booking or to keep it. We chose to stay with them.
WhenTera realized that we were interested in the hot spring not the hot tub, she gave us tow passes to the hot spring, which just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Thank you, Tera!
(The hots spring was very nice experience too, big pool, just a hand full of people, it was a Monday though), wjust a few minutes walk from the hotel.
We booked a lake view room, as I requested, the room was on the top floor(4th floor). It was worth the extra money to be facing the water. And there were table and chairs on the balcony which we used a lot.
The double queen bed room was well maintained, very spacious and clean. There was a kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave, kettle, teapot, ( I am a tea drinker so I was very happy to have boiling water for that), and enough cutleries and bowls and plates to have a simple meal in the room.
This hotel is just stepped away from the beach, restaurants, bars, etc.
Parking is free on the street, or in the shade for $5, secured parking is $10.
The only thing that I was having problem with is the complimentary WIFI, I was having trouble connecting my iPhone to it in the room. But for us, it wasn't big deal. There was Shawopen outside.
Overall, we had wonder stay there. we will definitely for back to this hotel in the future, hopeful soon

Room Tip: The lower the floor the bigger the balcony. I noticed 2 floor down(we were on 4th fl), the whole fa...

Anytime I get the chance to escape Vancouver to a quiet hotel on a lakeshore close to the city is something I'm thankful for. The quaint village is always relaxing no matter what the weather. This hotel has a casual environment that blends well the weekend. There is nothing to bad here, yet its not a five star either. A solid middle of the road with room to enjoy other activities around Harrison.

Room Tip: Book in advance as this place is popular all year around. Choose a room not facing the lake, and en...

We spent a couple of nights here in April. The town is pretty quiet at this time of year. We picked a mountainview room and were very pleased. Room was very large and well appointed and quiet. Nice balcony as well. Beds were great. Tried out the hot tub after a tough day of golf at SandPiper. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Would certainly return if traveling to Harrison Hot Springs again.
