We stayed for 1 night in June, Our view was amazing, large sundeck, stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, our suite was very clean. We had loud noises from the elevator that ran during night ..,reported this upon check out, Day Manager was wonderful, and gave us a free night. We will be back for a longer stay. Great option on the lake..

Room Tip: higher room, away from the elevator

the view from the large balcony was of lake, mountains, snow in the distance, wildlife, birds and sunshine what more could you ask for. The hotel was light and clean, very comfortable and very good value and the Jacuzzi definitely worth a visit. We stayed 3 nights as our friends were hosting a wedding and we would certainly return. Nothing was too much trouble, from replenishing the free coffee to suggestions for dining.

The hotel restaurant was also very well worth a trip, lovely meal the lamb in particular, and the service was welcoming and attentive. our friends said the same and they would definitely recommend the chicken

Room Tip: ask for the lake view you will not be disappointed

The views on the lakeside are spectacular! Hard wood floors and interior room decor is really nice touch. King beds are really comfy and in excellent shape. The suites come well stocked with kitchen stuff to cook a meal and enjoy the fabulous view on the balcony! SO NICE to have the fireplace working in the summer on a cool or rainy night. We've stayed at hotel 2 times in past month in three different rooms and they have all been super clean and spotless. Staff is genuinely friendly. The location in town is the best - right across from the beach, main marina, children's play area, swimming pond, boat rentals and all the shops/ restaurants. We're not much into the pool or the gym (we've been there in great weather and are outdoors people) but nice to know they are there if we want to use them. To sum it all up - each trip we've made to this hotel we've enjoyed ourselves so much that we've extended our stays!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the lake side!! The view is magnificent. Also, parking on the street right outsid...

We only stayed one night, but the room (211) was large and had a giagantic balcony (facing both the mountains AND the lake). The room was very bright - lots of windows and had everything we need. You really don't spend much time in your room, but the time that we did, we were happy. Tara was great and we would definitely return.

Room Tip: Room 211 had a very large balcony.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well furnished. We really weren't expecting to find a mini-kitchen with real plates, mugs, and glassware (including wine glasses). The interior spaces are very attractive with liberal use of woodwork. We would definately stay here again. The only negative was that the wifi was out of service during or stay. Also, I was a bit surprised that they needed to charge $5/day to use their outside partking lot in this little town. We parked in the street which wasn't busy during our mid-week stay.

My friend and I stayed at the Harrison Beach Hotel recently as a one night stop over on a mini, local bicycle trip. We hadn't stayed there before but would definitely stay again on future visits to Harrison Hot Springs.

The room was bright and spacious. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the outdoor hottub. We opted for a lake view room, and although that wasn't what we had originally booked, the staff went out of their way to make it work. The room wasn't ready when we arrived early in the day, but Leanne helped us get our bikes safely tucked away and had great recommendations for exploring around town. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our only complaints about the hotel was that the wifi system didn't work well. I had trouble getting my ipad online. While the hotel staff quickly offered to reset the router the success of that didn't last. I would have needed to ask again in the middle of the night.

Room Tip: If you like dark rooms for sleeping, don't stay on the double queen rooms on the top floor. Whil...

This is the #1 property on tripadvisor...and for good reason! First of all, there is no better location for direct access to the beach and lagoon walking path, many restaurants and the community pool with natural hot springs water. Yes, the resort next door has the nice outdoor thermal pools but the rooms there are not as nice, spacious or well-equipped. This propert does have an indoor pool and hot tub but we had plenty of other things to do like just sit on our balcony and admire the spectacular lakefront view. I'm sure the mountain view is nice, too, but the waterside can't be beat. So happy we stayed here last night!

Room Tip: Top floor #408 lakeside was great. Next door was a pet friendly room but we heard nothing. High seas...
