No doubt why HBH is the top on Harrison Hot Spring's Trip Advisor hotels. Checked in with my wife for her **th birthday. Quick checked in and well prepared making it very efficient. Great location for sightseeing, shopping and plenty of restaurants. Our room 411. really enjoyed the attention to details in our room anything we needed available in our room. Room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. Bathroom was full of amenities and updated stylish bathroom. Since it was just for one night we didn't check other facilities and the level of housekeeping and maintenances services, but pretty sure will be fine. The front desk recommended Chuck & Kitty for breakfast and it was a good choice. We clearly enjoyed our stay at HBH and Harrison Hot Spring. (And our breakfast).
We definitely be back.
Note: Parking. $5 to park at the hotel parking area even as a guest, a policy the management should reconsider.

Stayed at HBH for 2nts on business. Check in was smooth although other guests looked a bit frazzled. I had a room on the 2nd floor mountain view overlooking the back parking lot, which I had to pay $5/night to park in the otherwise empty lot....The room itself was nice a big, huge balcony, clean, and a kitchenette. The only downside is the carpeting in the room....ick...Personally I wish for tile, hardwood (real or fake) anything other than carpet which always looks old and tired and probably filled with things I don't want to know about....Harrison is a pretty quite little town so if your dining out, go early!
Overall nice clean resort hotel.

Went for a weekend get away. The room we had was one of the rooms with the massive patio that overlooked the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better room. Say out on the patio in the evening and again in the morning enjoying the view.
Room was very comfortable and felt higher end.
Would defiantly look at staying here again if we could get one of the patio rooms!

Very nice junior suite with full facilities and lovely views across the lake and towards the mountains. Room has everything you could want, bath, good quality bed and bedding, TV with HDMI connection and kitchen and fireplace.
HHS is lovely but for one thing .
Would you put a lifesaver ring around the statue of David, or repaint the Mona Lisa holding a Barbie doll? Well the equivalent has happened here. A beautiful tranquil scene of Harrison Lake with snow-capped mountains and verdant hills has been spoiled by dumping a large blow-up green, yellow and blue plastic playground 50m off shore. it's awful.

The hot pools are wonderful, the Copper Room for a nice dinner with live music is a great place to relax and enjoy an evening with friends. Nobody is rushing you, you can dance, visit and enjoy a lovely meal. The rooms are nice but nothing special.

We stayed here one night on our journey from Jasper to Vancouver. The hotel is located at the head of the lake in the center of town. We had booked a junior suite which looked over the lake with views to the mountains. The hotel does not offer any form of refreshment, though cafes and restaurants abound close by. We purchased some sandwiches and other goodies from a local take out and sat and enjoyed the food on our balcony. The hotel is clean, with a small pool which we did not take advantage of, it is set in a lovely location in a charming town.

Room Tip: I would certainly request a lake facing room as the rear of the hotel overlooks a car park. Parking...

This room is right by the back entrance to the hotel, the car park and the hot tub, so if you want privacy or peace and quiet, this is not the room for you! Some kind of curtains (not black out ones that make the room dark) or screening on the windows so people can't see in would make sense but sadly nothing of this sort had been provided.
Location and the room itself were good, but stay in any room but this one.
Its worth noting that we booked through hotels.ca and there was no flexibility to move us because of this.

Room Tip: Not 107. Mountain views are not really of mountains, more of shops and car parks.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you did not enjoy your room at Harrison Beach Hotel. I think your idea on having something put on the window is a great idea and will be looking into this and approaching our owners in regards to it. Booking through Hotels.com had nothing to do with you being moved it was because we do only have 2 of these room types available and the other one was occupied while you stayed here. The room is a mountain view but I see your point in regards to it being on the ground floor that you are looking out to the parking lot and shops. Staying in one of the rooms on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor is a mountain view. I would be happy to offer you a discount on your next stay in lieu of you not enjoying your room. If you could contact me at the Hotel I would be happy to discuss it with you:) Thanks again Tara Ryder, General Manager
