It's not the easiest hotel to find. Even though it's right there on the highway as you come into town, the entrance is off the main access road and easy to miss, but it's worth the effort to track it down if you like low price and high comfort. The rooms are fairly basic but include a kitchenette and two very comfortable queen-sized beds, and the low price includes a good breakfast. There's an indoor pool and lots of restaurants nearby, including a Starbucks.

Stayed here for one night because we had some business in the area. The room was good, we would try to stay closer into the city next time. The front desk agent wasn't the nicest, maybe it was the time of day.

Clean .. and available when most other hotels were full. Very busy because 3 bus tours were there for the night as well. Breakfast buffet looked good but we gave up and left … the lines were very long. Staff at the front desk were very uninformed .. and seemed a bit lost.

Room Tip: Our room faced the highway and we were concerned that it would be too noisy. We heard very little a...

We had a great stay here. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. This room was very nice. It was clean and very spacious. We had some family visit and the suite we had was more than enough to accommodate everyone. Our housekeeper was very pleasant and friendly. When we went for breakfast we were also pleasantry surprised. There was lots to choose from, and again the breakfast girl was very nice. We will definitely be back. This will be our number one place to stay in Kamloops.

Room Tip: Ask for a top floor, the view is beautiful

We stayed here for a weekend in early May for a sports tournament. The check-in was as fast as could be expected given that a busload of guests had just pulled up when we arrived. The room was clean. The layout was long and relatively narrow, such that when you're sitting at the desk, the back of the chair was very close to the end of the bed behind you. But there was plenty of empty floor space between the second bed and the kitchen nook (sink, microwave, and fridge on a fairly wide counter -- very handy). The bathroom was clean but small (enough room to do what you needed to do, but no more).

Our room faced south (towards the highway). If you're sensitive to traffic noise, this may be a problem for you. One of the windows opens to allow fresh air. The room was stuffy when the window was closed.

The breakfast is a reasonable selection of hot and cold items. A minor irritant was that cooked waffles were sticking to the waffle iron and needed to be peeled off (in chunks). Didn't affect the flavour, but it was a hassle. Otherwise, all perfectly acceptable.

The hotel is close to an indoor shopping mall and an outdoor shopping plaza, and other plazas are about a five-minute drive east. Within walking distance there's a small plaza, including a pizza joint and a drugstore.

The only drawback was the yappy dog in the next room. Any noise within the dog's earshot prompted it to bark. And bark. And bark. (How I yearn for a return to the days when people left Fido at home with a neighbour ...)

The room rate was a bit on the high side, but the included breakfast softened the blow a bit.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the south side if you're bothered by traffic noise. The north side faces the...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was awsome. We enloyed everything and will return again. The front desk staff went out of there way to help us with out tv and understanding how to use it.

Room Tip: We were on the third floor facing the city the veiw was amazing.
