    Dirty Rooms

    My hotel room was dirty, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, the tables had not been wiped, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The front desk staff and the waitresses in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful, no complaints there. It would be a decent hotel to stay in if it was clean.

It is upsetting to hear that your room was not properly cleaned and our whole housekeeping staff has been spoken with about this.
