Let me start by saying it is a really, really nice campground and the staff are really lovely, I guess we just had an unfortunate stay.
We called ahead and found that there was only one site left and being the long weekend we understood and just decided to go for it.
So the pros : the staff = lovely, the grounds = pretty, the option to hire canoes, dingys and paddle boats = awesome!
The cons: we were situated on site number 1 ( away from the lake). It's tiny and not very private. This site honestly shouldn't be hired out its uneven and not comfortable. Our neighbors really did not make our stay enjoyable. They didn't respect our boundaries at all, by walking through our site constantly, chopping wood at 11:30pm, banging pots and pans at midnight, having disputes and just not respecting the quiet time. The quiet time wasn't enforced by the camp staff either. Many of the campsites were quite rowdy til the early hours of the morning.
I'm sorry if this review is all over the place but I am so exhausted!
