Our stay at All Seasons was sooo lovely. This new home is welcoming and warm, nestled at the rear of the property which means it's super quiet. Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is bright and roomy. The breakfast was a sumptuous European style with fruit, eggs, fresh breads, meats & cheeses. The hosts are personable and delightful. It is the only place we will stay when we come to Kelowna for businesss or pleasure.

Room Tip: All three rooms are perfect. Just book early to avoid disappointment

We stayed here for five nights while we visited wineries in the area. The B&B is off the road hidden behind a vegetable stand so it is a little hard to find the first time, but after that it was easy to spot. Being off the street meant it was really quiet which was nice. Our host was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Our room was very large with a king bed, TV, wireless internet, large ensuite, and a common area with tables, couches, a fireplace, and a full kitchen at our disposal. Breakfast was buffet style consisting of boiled eggs, toast, fruit, cold cuts and cheese and was plentiful. Coffee and tea were available for us to make 24/7. We had a great stay here and would recommend it.

Off the city noise, surrounded by growing fruits and veggies, the hosts were the nicest people in the world; big breakfast will keep you full till the night; bedroom was clean, with a toilet, tv and sink; just a 10 min walk to the best beaches in Kelowna, Rotary and Gyro beach. The city public bus also, on 10 min. In all. had a great stay in July, and would recommend it to everyone.

We recently stayed here for three nights while my husband was busy in Kelowna. The B&B is off the road so it's quiet. Our hosts were very pleasant and easy to talk to. Our room was very large with it's own large ensuite. Breakfast was filling, eggs, toast, fruit, cold cut and cheese plates. Coffee and tea were available all day long. It's situated about halfway between downtown Kelowna and the vineyards in the Mission district. Perfect if you are interested in wine tasting. We had a great stay here and are looking forward to staying again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Grande Suite. Nice and large with a King size bed.
