Owner description: Located amidst the breath taking scenery of Penticton, we produce individually hand-crafted fine ales and lagers of unmistakable complexity and balance. We invite you to visit our brewery in Downtown Penticton. Enjoy a flight or a pint and some small bites including nachos, pretzel bombs and more. We have both an indoor seating area and a patio. Brewery tours can be arranged. Our beers are preservative-free and unpasteurized. We pay unrelenting attention to every detail of the brewing process... and it shows. We are the Small Brewery with Big Flavour!

“Excellant Craft Brewery”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 August 2014

Cannery Brewing is located in the historic cannery building, #112 - Fairview Rd, in Penticton, BC. These folks brew small batches of seasonal beers and ales. You might find their Naramata Nut Brown in a few specialty stores in Vancouver but most of their other offerings are only sold locally.

You can tour the brewery if you like but most people don't get beyond their tasting room. When we were there it was $4.00 for a flight of four, three oz samples.

Most brews are sold in large bottles, some of the most popular can be had in cans in six packs.

Personal recommendations for an Ale - Anarchist Amber Ale, for out of the ordinary brew Cannery Blackberry Porter and Skaha Summer Ale for a light hot weather brew (this one has wheat malt and German yeast for a very different taste.
