The room smelled of feces, there were brown stains on the ceiling and walls. The desk person shrugged and said there were no other rooms and then came down and sprayed some air freshener all over the room to the point my eyes burned and the sheets were wet.

The wireless was not working.

No offer of compensation was made.

Avoid this place!

We were traveling to see a local concert and we decided to rent a pet friendly room at the Bon Voyage, Prince George, B.C. We left our 2 small dogs in the room while attending the show and when returned I realized the bed skirt was flipped up. I then went to flip it back down and had realized that it had fecal matter on the bedding....once had been runny fecies that had been dried on my bedding attire that I paid 100.00 to sleep with! It was midnight when we had returned and being 6 months pregnant, and tired I decided to rip the blankets off and we slept with the under blanket. Hardly sleeping I get up at 6 am and go into close my account and tell the manager about my experience and she says it must have been my dogs who made the mess. She told me she would refund half the amount back to my credit card, which was never credited and 1 week later my recently spayed female pup was suffering from "PARVO! My vet bill for having my pup admitted 1 week 600.00, not knowing if she would survive or not. So my experience was not great and when looking at the big picture it is not a great value, or service and definateley not the cleanest establishment even for a pet friendly motel.
