Always lots of people using the trail with kids and pets. Pretty along the river.

This is a great park for a leisurely walk. There are benches in some areas of the park, outhouses in 2 locations, the pathways are wide and suitable for strollers. The park itself is relatively flat, there are no hills. A popular spot for families, cyclists, and dogs. Dogs have access to the Nechako River at a couple of different sites, so if you've got a water dog, this is a great place to come. Also there are wild cranberry bushes and wild roses in the park, so if you like picking berries and rose hips, this is another reason to come in the autumn.

Paved trails along the Fraser River, that are great for walking the dog(s) or riding your bike.
