We checked in late at night with no reservation and asked for the Wyndham employee discount. The FD personnel was very friendly and accommodating and got us the rate we asked for in a timely manner. The room we stayed in, 241, was as quiet as promised and spotlessly clean! Everything was arranged very efficiently and every need anticipated and provided for. We would DEFINITELY stay here again anytime when we are in P.G. Thank you Travelodge, you are now on our list of favourites!

Stayed in this hotel once before. It is an older hotel, not fancy, but rooms have been updated. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff we dealt with were pleasant. An adequate complimentary breakfast was provided, although we think waffles were included last year and not this year.

Room Tip: So far no problems, we have stayed twice and both times had a quiet room.

Dont be put off by the neighbourhood and the shabby reception, as the rooms are recently decorated and i had a great nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast was good quality and plentiful.
I wont be returning to Prince George but can say that this was good value at $99 for the night

We were a bit concerned about booking a room after reading some other reviews, but we had a newly remodeled room which was attractive and very adequate. The outside of the hotel could use an updating. Guests entering might not feel quite so apprehensive of what is to come based on the exterior! The lobby is extremely small and uninviting. It was a good 10-15 minute walk from the train station. (Not sure why hotels do not offer transport to/from station.)

We used this for an overnight stop whilst travelling bŷ train from Jasper to Prince Rupert (as did many others making the same journey). An easy ten minute walk from the station, the hotel won't win awards for ambience or luxury, but it is clean, comfortable and convenient, what you would hope for and expect in this sort of place. The wifi seems to work quite well too. Doesn't seem there is a right lot to do in Prince George, but there is a bar just around the corner which is OK for adults, but no children.
