I am moved to write a repeat review of Wasabi having read a lengthy review in which the reviewer stakes out his territory as including many places all over the world. I can claim a similar pedigree but what I have learned from all that is not to make comparisons between a tiny, largely lunch-trade sushi spot like Wasabi and the great places where a wide variety of fresh seafood and massive customer populations to draw clientele from. Of course, Wasabi ain't gonna be on your 10 best sushi experiences, maybe not even your 50 best. But they put out a nice lunch product that compares favorably to most of the other such joints in town. It's a lot better than going to the McDonalds and Subways which,by the way and contrary to that other royal review alluded to above, still, alas, well outnumber the places devoted to sushi here in Prince George (unless one counts the several Chinese restaurants that have a bit of mediocre sushi as well).
