I couldn't wait to share Jana's quiche with my husband. During my work week I am often on the ferry to Salt Spring and make this the first stop in Ganges, EVERYTIME. Sometimes I am too early for the first pan of mini quiche (muffin size) to come out of the oven so I get to linger while the delicious smells permeate my clothing for the rest of the day! BONUS- No calories!
I have tried just about every quiche- goat cheese with onion, smoked salmon with capers and onion, red and yellow peppers with bacon are my faves. But ALL are knock your socks off yummy!
Jana also makes pies- to DIE for, chutneys and other pickled treats. Sometimes the rhubarb chutney is the surprise flavour at the bottom of a ham quiche.- and THAT is over the top delicious.

THIS is THE place to go for a morning nibble! Outside the tiny bakery are plenty of large rocks to
sit on. GUARANTEE there will be no crumbs for the seabirds and crows that cast you that PLEASE look!
