The main reason that this place is so great is that it's owned by Jack Rosen, one of the most experienced kayak guides in the area and one of the most accomplished kayakers in the world. This fine fellow things nothing of hoping in his kayak and paddling up to alaska, like 800 miles north of her up the inside passage and though the notorious hecate straight. Impressive. Apart from that they have everything you need in terms of camping supplies, hiking and wet weather gear, kakaking equipment. Fantastic location also with a beautiful beach for launching kayaks and they even have an affordable B&B also.
