Wickaninnish Inn has been on my wish list for a number of years and the stay lived up to my expectations and more. The setting is beautiful and the charming rooms make the most of the setting with large windows and a recessed balcony which can be used in rainy weather. The complementary port is a nice touch. The staff were excellent, food and wine were a high quality, as you would expect for a relais & chateaux, and the spa was well worth a visit. The only change I would suggest is that at this price point breakfast should be included in the room rate.

Both my husband and I went for brunch on the Sunday the power was shut down for several hours due to the to the Kennedy Hill Safety Improvement Project. Luckily they had a generator.Their breakfast options, in particular the Eggs Benny is to die for and so was the brioche French toast! Our waitress was lovely and informative and knew the menu well. Great atmosphere and breathtaking views!

The staff are exceptional, so well trained with natural friendliness and efficiency. Remembering our names and nothing is too much trouble.
The room and bathroom are well appointed, plenty of space and storage. Comfortable and luxurious. Lovely balcony over looking the sea catching the afternoon sun.
The food is clever, imaginative and delicious served by top rate staff.
We were lucky to have superb autumn weather so saw this fabulous hotel at its best.
Memories for life.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine for our stay (much to our surprise) and it made it all the better. The customer service is exceptional; friendly but not intrusive or overbearing. Nothing was too much trouble. We used the main desk and concierge to help book trips which made everything easy. The view from our room on the Pointe over Chesterman beach was gorgeous and we loved sleeping with the balcony doors open to hear the ocean. Easy access to Tofino via the free bikes but they do need to be back by sundown which means coming back quite early. A trip into Tofino brewery on the bikes is a must! TacoFino is within distance and make a great dinner in the room with the sunset. The room are hugely comfortable and cleanliness a credit to the housekeeping team. Our only minor (personal) gripe was that for such a lovely hotel it’s a shame there was no comfortable nook or armchair in front of a fire in either buildings bar to be able to have cosy drink after a long walk or day on the beach. The new bar area in the Pointe is nice but to our minds lacked a comfortable sofa or too to boost the atmosphere but with such a cosy space to relax in the rooms this is not a major issue. This is an expensive hotel which meant pushing the boat out for us but thankfully it was more than worth the expense. Honestly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed - the staff are a credit.

Room tip: We loved our room in the point building 3rd floor partial view was still great

Wow wow wow we loved this hotel, just one of those places that makes you feel happy, relaxed, spoiled, pampered....we could go on about the fab food, stunning scenery, hidden housekeeping, beautiful beach, wonderful walks.....but more than anything it is the connection to the wild outdoors and the warm and friendly welcome that makes this hotel in our opinion one of the best on planet earth.....thanks to everyone at The Wick for an amazing experience. Wicked!
