We had as starters the Warm Spinach and Roasted Portabella Mushroom Salad and the Dungeness Crab and Shrimp cakes; main courses Pan-Roasted Ruby Trout and Grilled Beef Tenderloin; wine 2005 Louis Latour Burgandy. Everything was exceptional, especially the trout, which had a melt in the mouth succulent fresh-water flavour, with perfectly prepared vegetables (aspargus, yukon gold pototates, spinach) with a lemon butter sauce and green olive artichoke tapinade. The steak was tender and cooked to our request. A superb Frangelico cheesecake dessert completed our meal. The atmosphere at Suvai was initimate; the service attentive, but not intrusive. Overall dining experience, five stars. An entirely great, romantic evening in the Olympic city.
