We had a nice stay at this place. The rooms look a little bit old but still nice. The staff is very friendly and would like to always help you. We requested for tee boiler in the room and we got it in just a few minutes. What a great service...

Now you went and spoiled my stays at other, lesser hotels, what with your awesome rooms and service. The bed was by far the most comfortable I've ever slept in any hotel in the world (and I've stayed in many of them) and the service was exceptional. If I have to stay at anything else than a Four Seasons hotel as part of business trips in the future, I'm going to be mighty grumpy because I have experienced excellence. The hotel is also well located in the heart of downtown, right across the street from a Skytrain station which makes going from the airport easy and fast as making everything interesting near.

Room Tip: The city view wasn't the best, so perhaps see about a view other than city view if that matters...

Top class service from a professional hotel makes it easy to travel on business. Great location, great arrival staff and overall a fine place to be. The restaurant and bar were hopping with great food and good service as well.

This hotel has three things I appreciate as a business traveler: a great bed/linens/pillows, a solid gym and good location. The room is very bare bones by Four Seasons standards and the layout of the lower and upper lobbies is just bizarre--there's no real location that is welcoming per se. The service is great across the board. One very big minus--no in room coffee? Are you kidding?! Pro tip--to make up for this, grab one in the health club.

Stayed at the Four Seasons for a couple of nights in late January on a business trip. It was in a great location attached to the Pacific Centre Mall. This actually means that the parking is much cheaper than a lot of other hotels in Downtown Vancouver. The lobby is gorgeous and feels like a high end hotel. The front desk staff were warm and very helpful. The room was slightly above average for a business hotel though the bathroom could have been nicer. If you like to take baths then you may be disappointed. Still it had what you needed and the bed was very comfortable.

The fitness area and pool is very nice with change rooms that make you want to get ready for your work down there rather than in your room. Staff were very good about helping out with nearby restaurants as well. Also the cocktail bar off the lobby is very nice and worth at least a quick visit. Overall very good and would go again!
