QE Park is a great place to visit year-round. The view of the city is amazing and the quarry flowers are wonderful - especially in the summer. It's very populary with locals - especially wedding couples having their photos taken. It is accessible by public transit, or by car (paid parking though). The park has tennis courts and a pitch and putt for those wanting extra entertainment. There is also a wonderful restaurant - with great views - if you are there at mealtime.

I have been to play some tennis and take my girlfriend for a walk. Gotta say, the courts are excellent and the park has a fantastic garden!

The "garden" was only partly visible but the entire view of Vancouver can't be missed from this location. It was very scenic - lots of Prom photos being taken that night :)

this park has lots to offer. Views of the city, flowers, and waterfronts. the view of the city is not as good anymore due to the trees getting bigger but the park has many other opportunities for sightseeing. Parking is the only fee unless you go into the other attractions.

This is another city park that is worth visiting if you like flowers. There is a terrific rose garden. There are manicured gardens in the small and large quarry areas. There is a beautiful restaurant with spectactular views.
