We stayed in the Listel for two nights separated by a trip to Vancouver Island. The hotel is in a great location close to Stanley Park and the harbour. The rooms are good sized, very comfortable and well priced for a location so close to a city centre. We had an excellent breakfast on both stays in the associated Forage restaurant downstairs.

Dear GuidoBrunetti,

We're all so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and that you enjoyed being in the heart of the West End and Vancouver's downtown. We're also glad to hear you checked out the amazing Forage - such great, locally sourced fare!

I hope we can look forward to welcoming you back again one day soon.

Thank you!

My family and I stayed at The Listel, during a multi location trip in Canada.

Excellent location – walked to Stanley Park, Gastown, Waterfront, but a little uphill if mobility an issue.

Plenty of places to eat/shop nearby.

We were allocated a room to the rear of the hotel, which was rather dark and depressing - I expected much more so a little disappointed. I would pay for an upgrade next time.

The only downfall – upon arrival and check in there was no greeting/hello/welcome – the first thing receptionist said upon arrival was ‘credit card’. I know this is expected but hello prior, would have been so much more welcoming!

I understand hotel have electric bikes available for visitors use – but we were sadly not made aware of this, which was rather disappointing.

Wine tasting on an evening a nice touch.

I would recommend hotel, but suggest upgrade to a room to the front of building.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Listel. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival. The check-in process was smooth and efficient without being robotic. The rooms were well appointed, very clean, quiet, and the beds were soft. We all really appreciated the water stations. We dined twice at Forages and were impressed with the service, menu offerings, and presentation. The food was also delicious, fresh and local where possible.

The Listel Hotel location on Robson St is so convenient to restaurants, downtown, and Hop-on/Hop-off bus stops to go to Stanley Park, cruise port, Gastown, etc. The staff were very helpful with directions and taxis! The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean!

The hotel is about 45 minute drive from the airport or ten minutes from the cruise drop off. It is well located with large variety of restaurants and craft shops. Also very close to pick up point for bc connector bus to Victoria. Great staff answering all questions

Room Tip: Rooms at back of hotel have no view but no noise
