We recently spent a week in this charming boutique hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our room was immaculate with excellent amenities. Free long-distance calls to US, bottled water each day and a delicious full breakfast were also included (loved those fresh-baked muffins). Nice pub attached. It is close to shopping, dining and sightseeing. We were able to walk everywhere. This was our first visit to Vancouver, and the entire staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave us recommendations for great dining experiences and wonderful activities and provided full concierge service along with them. We look forward to a return visit.

Stayed at The St Regis for 5 nights following an Alaskan cruise. Hotel is lovely, rooms spotless and very comfortable. Bathroom was really nice with good quaility toiletries and towels.
Nice touches in the room including coffee machine and free water

The breakfast room was very nice with panelled wood decor and located on the lower ground floor . Breakfast was great with a choice of beveages and cereals etc on the buffet with freshley cooked food provided at your request from the kitchen. This was good value as there are not many hotels in the city which offer B&B

Staff were excellent, very pleasant and helpful , right from the concierge to the waitress serving your table at breakfast.
We also ate at the sports bar attached to the hotel a couple of times and the food and service was really good .

The hotel is located close to the less desirable part of the city but you do not feel threatened and it was safe to walk around.

Only slight point is that the hotel is located on a corner of very busy crossroads so if you are a light sleeper (like me), it can keep you awake, however, after a couple of nights you don't notice the noise so much.

All in all we had a great stay and would certainly stay here again when visiting Vancouver

As I had an early flight on the day after arriving back in Vancouver, I needed a central hotel, I decided to try this hotel based on the reviews here on Tripadvisor. I am very pleased I did. My room on the 4th floor was delightful, I especially enjoyed the opulent shower. The room contained everything a traveller would require, and it is very close to the Sky Train & Canada Line, so it was very convienent for the journey to the airport early next morning. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I can not comment on the breakfast that was included in my tafiff, as my early start prevented me from having breakfast. This hotel was a good choice for what I needed.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the St. Regis. The room was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. A really great extra was free unlimited long distance phone calls anywhere in N. America. I've never had that in any hotel before. The included breakfast was very plentiful and included prepared-to-order eggs. Its a very good location too. We walked everywhere.

Our stay was very comfortable. This is a great location, central to everything. However, on Saturday night, we could hear people yelling on the street. It is a little close to the edge of a less desirable area.
The staff was excellent, especially Juan and Benjamin. They helped us make dinner reservations and their recommendations were very good.
Air conditioning was a little off, as Vancouver was having a heat wave, but overall we were very comfortable in the hotel. Breakfast was a wonderful bonus as it is included and was substantial.
