Close to everything downtown, lovely rooms, especially the 10th floor. Great restaurant attached, with nice breakfasts. Right on the lines for Hop On and Hop Off red buses which circle the city, including Stanley Park and Gastown. Quiet, beautiful rooms, with all you could hope for in lovely Vancouver, Canada.

Room Tip: Ask about the 10th floor which has extra amenities which will appeal to women.

There are few hotels that instantly meet all of my wife's ideal requirements: Hair straighteners, Nespresso coffee maker and chocolates on the bedside, This is the hotel has them all.
Our room had comfortable bed along with comfortable sofa bed for our son in the separate lounge area. our room was at the back of the hotel and was generally very quite.
Although the hotel offered free downtown transfers, these were not available without pre-booking, however with the most expensive taxi to Stanley park being the opposite side of town at CAD 9.00, this is not much of an issue.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front have better views but more street noise, rooms at the back are quite but overlook an alley. this is typical of Vancouver as many high rises block views.

Bikes available but too busying area to ride with a child. Too far from Stanley Park to walk with a child. Van service does not travel to train station or Science
World, and is shared with another hotel. Not easily available.

Perfect in every way! Fab location, great breakfast, the staff are lovely ands couldn't be more helpful and amazing little extras-apple's in the lobby, hair straighteners and curlers in the bathroom, hair spray, nail polish and makeup remover, even a spare pair of pantyhose! Coolest hotel ever!

We stayed on the 12th floor (top floor) as a family of four in a double room. We arrived on a very hot day and were relieved when we walked in to reception to find the best air-conditioned lobby ever! the room also had great air-conditioning. When it's almost 30 degrees Celsius outside, you really appreciate having the best air-conditioning. The room was clean, comfy and had a brilliant view. The location was exceptional, as we were close to all of the nearest tourist attractions and Downtown Vancouver where we went shopping, a lot! Frankie's is fairly basic but the staff are wonderful, and are always around, as it's definitely not under-staffed. The whirlpool and steam room are fantastic and we all went every day, as it was so enjoyable and relaxing after an exhausting day of walking around the city. There's also a good gym. Overall I thought the hotel was wonderful and great value for money!

Room Tip: The top floor was definitely the best. And rooms facing the front of the hotel had the best view. Also, if you call to book, you may get to choose which room you get.
