We stayed at the hotel twice within 2 weeks. Space in the suite was great but consistency of facilities in each suite varied hugely.
Pity the gas grill was never topped up for use even though other guests told us they had requested it to be refilled more than a week before we wanted to use it.
Try to request suites on higher floors to reduce noise - the area us very busy over weekends!
Great central location to explore downtown Vancouver.

we stayed here with our 3 teenagers in a delux suite with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and 3tvs. It is in a great location with down town within walking distance and lots of eating places very close. There is a free shuttle you can book to take you into the downtown area. A busy breakfast area with bagels, toast, cereal and pastries. The free wifi was slow for our teenagers devices. The staff were friendly, helpful and did it with a smile. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here twice within 2 weeks. Booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite for our first visit. The suite was great but only had one bathroom. No real hardship there and I didn't complain but mentioned it on checking out. The staff were very apologetic and upgraded us to the penthouse suite for our return visit. Needless to say the penthouse is fantastic! Thank you Khalid, you have a very happy customer who will tell lots of people about this great hotel and it's staff.

The location is perfect for exploring Vancouver, Stanley Park, Granville Island etc. A truly great place and a fantastic base for our time in Vancouver. Can't wait to come back to the Landis.

We stayed for 6 nights and we were really pleased with everything about the hotel. All reception staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. They knew us by site within a day!The breakfast room staff was constantly cleaning and replenishing the area. The outdoor patio was a nice option. The cleaning staff were very accommodating of our schedule. Some of our family staying at other hotels were positively amazed when they visited us in our suite at the Landis. They felt that we had the most room, best lay out and an excellent location in Vancouver.

Room Tip: All rooms are suites. We really liked the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom combination. We found the room relatively quiet considering that we were in the centre of a busy city. Although we had to pay for parking, it was secure and monitored with free in and out privileges.

Stayed here for a wedding, so there was three families staying in three suites. For that purpose, this hotel worked wonderfully because of the separate bedrooms from living space.

My family was on the 11th floor, which would have been okay except that for our entire visit, there was only one working elevator. Our friends were on the 17th floor, which I had to climb the stairs too when the one and only elevator stopped working for a few hours one evening.

Our key cards demagnetized a lot and we had to go down to reception to get new cards every few days.

Upon arriving on our first day, I was shocked to find one of my pillow cases to have a blood stain on it. That freaked me right out. Luckily after housekeeping the next day, I got a new one.

The hotel wasn't the worst place I've stayed at, but it wasn't one of the best either.

Stayed the week of June 9th.
