This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and I can safely say I don't think we would ever stay anywhere else. The suites are very roomy and having the 2 rooms is so much better. There is everything you need if you want to cook for yourself. They are kept very clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble. It is situated in a very central position so getting about is very easy. There is only one more th to say and that is next we are in Vancouver we will be staying here

You will find places to eat & a pharmacy with a Canada post office. Not far from Granville street in the heart of downtown. Our room was located across from the elevators & I had no problem with that. Inside the room was clean everything worked fine. Pillows on bed were not comfortable. Breakfast was lousy coffee & juice & really not much else. Fruit flies near the danish pastries. Front desk was very helpful. If the breakfast would have been better I would have given the hotel one more star. I was there to catch a cruise.

Comfortable, and clean hotel, but no real lobby to relax in. A/C worked extremely well in sleeping areas but not so well in "living room". Long wait for any elevator. There were 3 but generally only 1 or 2 working at one time. Maybe housekeeping staff had placed one on "stop". Nice continental breakfast but staff is in a hurry to get you finished with your meal and move on. Very nice restaurant on site with delicious Tomato Bisque and cheesy crouton soup. Hotel could do away with the "kitchenettes". Fire alarm went off our 2nd night due to "family celebrating birthday with cake and candles that got out of hand" and entire hotel had to be evacuated. Had to walk down 20 flights of stairs with no apologizes from hotel staff. Suppose this could have happened at any hotel.
Right on Robson close to great eateries.

Some difficulty connecting to hotel WIFI. Overall our stay was pleasant. But would choose other properties if we return to Vancouver.

Room tip: We asked for rooms away from elevators...we were 3 rooms away, guess that's their idea of away from elevators.

We stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon. location was great for getting around Vancouver and convenient for picking up tours that we did.

Staff were very friendly. The only negative was breakfast which was included in the stay but would not deem as a continental deluxe breakfast, this was the only negative. View from hotel room was fab.

My wife & I booked a one night stay at The Rosedale to see a show at the QE Theatre. The hotel is well located in downtown Vancouver close to concert venues and skytrain. Rooms are very spacious with separate living/bedroom. Kitchenette in living room with bar fridge, cooktop, microwave and dishes. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Blackout curtains in bedroom were a big plus. We ordered room service from attached restaurant (Original Joes) which included a bottle of wine and received our order surprising fast. Continental breakfast that was included in our stay was basic but good with plenty of seating. Only cons were the couches and chairs in our room were not very comfortable and the elevators (although there were 3) were very slow. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well priced, well located, clean and comfortable hotel in downtown Vancouver.
